Allen Thompson Partners with Palaver Records

ALLEN THOMPSON BAND PARTNERS WITH INDEPENDENT NASHVILLE MUSIC LABEL.

Nashville-based folk/rock/blues band, The Allen Thompson Band joins forces with independent music label, Palaver Records.

The Allen Thompson Band, known throughout Nashville as a premier folk/rock act has pulled together efforts with the independent music label, Palaver Records. With Palaver Records, The Allen Thompson Band is currently finishing their latest release, Salvation in the Ground.

Palaver Records will work with the band to promote the new EP, book tours throughout the US, and tailor merchandise fulfillment, as well as marketing and promotional strategies to strengthen the band’s outreach as they continue to enjoy musical success.

Front man, Allen Thompson on the partnership with Palaver Records said, “I first became aware of Palaver Records through [Palaver artists] Buffalo Clover. Seeing how hard Gary, Garrett, and the gang worked for the bands on their roster made me a little envious. So I was both surprised and ecstatic when they asked if I would like to join them. I look forward to working with Palaver to begin a new phase in our careers.“

This is the first music contract Allen Thompson Band has signed. Salvation in the Ground is due for release early summer 2012.
